さて、こちらの物件のレポートはご無沙汰しておりました。
先日完成しましたので、まだご紹介していなかった、B号棟の内装などを一気にご覧ください。
玄関を入ってすぐの廊下です。
玄関から丸見えにならないように、階段の昇り口を作っています。
こちらのお家は、白を基調とした、明るく清潔感のある、内装です。
玄関を入ると、和室の入口があります。
LDKともつながっているので、LDKと１間のようにも使え、
玄関からも直接入れるので、急な来客にLDKを見られず、独立したお部屋としても使えて、とても便利です。
キッチンです。パナソニック製です。
LDKです。キッチンは奥まっているので、リビングから独立した印象です。
しっかり、食器棚などを置けるスペースも確保されています。
LDKと和室が見える角度で撮影しました。
１階トイレです。
トイレットペーパーホルダーには、ストックも入ります。
後ろに棚もあるので、飾棚としても、物置としても利用できます。
洗面所です。タオル棚なども置けるくらいの、ゆとりがあります。
お風呂です。１坪タイプで、ゆったりしています。
２階東側の洋間です。収納が２箇所あります。

西側のお部屋です。こちらのお部屋も２箇所、収納があります。
さらに、小屋裏収納もあるので、たくさん物がしまえますね。

こちらのお部屋には、バルコニーがあるので、主寝室としてもぴったりです。
２階トイレです。
北側のお部屋です。窓がすりガラスになっているので、
光を取り入れつつも、視線が気になりません。
お庭です。隣地との距離を十分に取っています。
植栽も植えましたので、目隠し兼、緑のある生活を楽しめます。
お庭があると、お子様の遊び場として、ガーデニングを楽しんだりと、
生活を豊かにしてくれます。
